There are three primary ways we source coffee: direct trade, through importers or through collaborative importer partnerships. We currently purchase over 90% of our coffee through direct trade.

All the green coffee we buy is roasted at our Roastery in Nepal. We use a light roast to bring out the unique flavors of each crop.

Specialty coffee is coffee that scores over 80 out of 100 from trained experts using a system developed by the Specialty Coffee Association. It is grown in the best climates, picked with care, and prepared to bring out its special flavors. Unlike regular coffee, specialty coffee can be traced back to its origin and is purchased in a way that is better for the environment.
